All educational leaders (senior teachers, principals, vice principals, deans of discipline, guidance counsellors, education officers, etc.) may pursue training from the suite of programmes and courses.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is the cost to pursue NCEL courses\/programmes?<\/span><\/i><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/div>

All courses and programmes, except for the Aspiring Principals\u2019 Programme, are free of cost to all school leaders.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is the cost if I need NCEL to design and facilitate a professional development\/capacity building interface?<\/span><\/i><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/div>

There is no cost attached to this support by the NCEL.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Who can pursue the Effective Principals\u2019 Training Programme (EPTP)?<\/span><\/i><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/div>
\n

The EPTP is reserved for sitting principals who are provisionally or permanently appointed by the Teachers Services Commission.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are the minimum requirements to pursue the Aspiring Principals\u2019 Programme?<\/span><\/i><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/div>

\u00a0<\/strong>Educators need to have a minimum of Bachelor\u2019s degree in education or a related field, three years of teaching experience, registration with the Jamaica Teaching Council and be teacher trained.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
